The manufacture of Itaconic acid is produced through the fermentation
of sugar millet or starch, the refinary process is an internationally
commercialized process, and its main use is the safety improvement
of the synthesized latex's emulsion as an organic acid Monomer
introduced in Polymer. |

Moreover, it is utilized as a monomer to increase the solubility
of denaturalized PVA (polyvinylacetate).
In contrast to international production of fermentation process,
our company's Itaconic acid manufacture process is a chemical manufacturing
process by isomerizing citraconic anhydride and manufacturing, refining
Itaconic acid.
The process has been developed through 4 year of researches, which is the only one in the world completed by our own technology, putting together our operating, processing and research technologies that have existed so far. Contrary to the established fermentation process, our manufacturing doesn't include any metal-removing process. So when compared with the fermentation process, no metal Ion has been found in our Itaconic Acid.
